Human Resource Compliance and Inspection Department

Objective

To ensure compliance of Human Resources laws in the Public services.

Department perform the following activities-:

  1. To assess compliance with Human Resource laws and regulations
  2. To design, control and review Human Resource compliance inspection system.
  3. To set standards required by Public Institutions on how to handle human resource issues.
  4. To carry out onsite inspections on Human Resource compliance to all Ministries, Independent Department Government  Agencies, Regional Secretariats, Local Government Authorities and Public Institutions.
